A Perfect Stay at Homaris West Side !

The hotel was neat, clean, and surprisingly spacious. I particularly enjoyed the full-service spa, which provided the perfect relaxation after long days of meetings, and the fitness center had everything I needed for my workouts. The location was also fantastic, with numerous leisure, gastronomic, and shopping highlights nearby, including the iconic Kurfürstendamm. A special mention goes to Nereida, who offered very nice service and support during my stay. I wholeheartedly look forward to returning!

A bit pricey for a small room.

The hotel is clean, with welcoming personal, and offers particularly good location so close to metro station and restaurants supermarkets nearby, the city center, and public transport from the airport.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, compact room, good facilities.

Breakfast disappointing.

I enjoyed a warm welcome at the hotel despite my late arrival. The charging plug I borrowed was a lifesaver for navigating the city. The room was clean, although the lobby could use some improvements.

My extra quiet room was right by the street, and I barely slept due to loud traffic and thin doors. Even asking for help didn't seem to matter-it was frustrating!

Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

I must say I was a bit hesitant when I made my reservation, but from the first moment I arrived, I was convinced I made the right choice. The hotel was clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff, especially Oscar at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. The wellness area was fantastic for relaxation after exploring nearby landmarks like the Berlin Zoo and the Victory Column.

Surprise at Check-in!

Checked in to find a free upgrade to a suite! The touch-screen controls were fun to play with.

We faced issues with the air-conditioning, limiting our comfort at night. It felt frustrating to deal with maintenance while on vacation, which dampened the experience.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower that I enjoyed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially during check-in, making me feel right at home. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, and I also appreciated the rooftop restaurant where I enjoyed a good meal with a beautiful view.

Couldn't recommend more for a couple of nights

Friendly staff, cozy room, and excellent amenities. The staff attentively checked in on us daily, and the cozy room featured a comfortable bed and tv for our downtime.

Not much in the immediate vicinity of restaurants or bars.

A request for additional handrails in bathrooms would help.

While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the reception staff, particularly one young attendant, provided a less than welcoming first impression. The location next to a U-Bahn stop was convenient for exploring nearby landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate and Aquarium Berlin. it was an okay place to sleep, but improvements in customer service would greatly enhance the experience.

I had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel! The location was super convenient, with a U-Bahn station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the price. Plus, the modern decor and cleanliness of the hotel made it a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing-which I really appreciated!

The rooms were on the smaller side, and I did have some noise from the street. I wish they offered more dining options beyond breakfast; it would have been nice to grab dinner at the hotel without venturing out.
